2) Computer optimisation
Use big monitor
Use mechanical keyboard
Use wireless mouse
– I think there is a substantial loss of productivity because many people just use laptop with its built-in monitor, keyboard, trackpad in office or home environment without much thinking about those three interface devices’ impact on productivity.
3) Listening to Audible while videogaming/treadmill (or all three can be combined, audible+videogaming+treadmill, or TED/MOOC/YouTube+Treadmill, I have a treadmill desk)
